Recently updated, along with the TENUTO app (a must for IB music/AP Theory). With step-by-step animated lessons, this is a great website to supplement daily curriculum. Another great site offering step-by-step theory lessons. The tutorials and exercises are particularly useful in large-group format, and the lessons go from basic to advanced (university) level.
HOOKTHEORY AND THEORYTAB
The Hooktheory series is a paid subsciption book & site, but the other resources by three Ph.D rock musicians from U.C. Berkeley. They use pop/rock music as a guide for many concepts, and have the interactive, colourful visuals to back it up. The coolest free features: Theorytab & Hookpad. Theorytab analyzes over 8,000 pop songs by chord structure, melody, and form.
LOOK NO HANDS

Aimed towards more advanced music theory students. This site calculates chords and modes by selecting scales or notes on the hands-on keyboard. There is also a guitar version.

Simple format, nice supplemental website for practice at home, or for the creative odd game in class .
MUSIC FUN
Though "fun" and "worksheets" don't normally pair well, this Australian based music theory company offers free, printable worksheets in PDF format.
